Frequently asked questions
How much is delivery?
Delivery is $540.00, flat, to anywhere in the contiguous 48 states — quoted up front and shown in your delivered total before you pay. No per-mile or fuel surcharges. Alaska, Hawaii and remote/island locations are quoted separately.
Can I pick up instead of having it delivered?
We're a delivery-first operation and recommend delivery for almost every unit — most of what we sell is heavy or oversized, and self-hauling adds fuel, wear and risk. Pickup can be arranged in select cases; just ask.
Is everything new?
Yes. Every unit we list is brand new and inspected before it ships.
How do I pay?
You order online, we email an itemized invoice with your delivered total, and you pay by bank transfer (ACH or wire) to confirm. Nothing is charged automatically, and there are no online card payments — it keeps your details out of the transaction and lets us hold your price firm.
How long after I order until my unit ships?
Once your order is placed and payment clears, the typical wait is about 5–7 business days before your unit is dispatched — that covers final inspection, prep and freight booking. You get your reference and invoice the moment you order, and we keep you posted as the unit is booked with the carrier.
When will it arrive after it ships?
Once it's on the road, freight transit depends on the distance to your address and carrier scheduling across the contiguous 48. The carrier contacts you directly to set a delivery appointment, so you're never guessing when the truck rolls in. Larger or custom units can take a little longer, and we give you a realistic window up front.
Where do I find the specs for a unit?
Every listing carries a full spec sheet on the product page — dimensions, capacity, features and any included paperwork — right alongside real photos of the actual unit and its delivered price. If a measurement or detail you need isn't shown, raise the desk and we'll confirm it before you order.
Do you offer financing?
We don't run in-house financing — orders are settled in full by bank transfer against your itemized invoice. You're free to arrange your own funding through your bank, a business line of credit or a third-party equipment lender; we'll hand over the invoice and any documentation your lender needs to release funds.
What if it arrives not as described?
Inspect the unit on arrival. If something isn't right, note it and contact us straight away — see our Returns & Refunds policy. We'll make it right.
What do you sell?
New trailers (cargo, utility, dump and concession), mowers and grounds-care equipment, pressure washers, generators, air compressors, concrete & masonry gear, smokers, and jobsite extras — all delivered flat-rate.
